You must be 18 or older and a resident of Pakistan to open and use a VinPK account. One account per person — no exceptions.
All transactions at VinPK are in Pakistani rupees. Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT and Visa/Mastercard are accepted. No foreign currency accepted.
All bonuses at VinPK are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of offer. Bonuses must be used within the stated validity window.
VinPK uses certified RNG for all casino and poker products. Collusion, fraud, or software exploitation will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and VinPK. Using any part of vinpk.ws — including browsing, registering, depositing or placing a bet — means you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please close this page and do not register.
In these Terms, the following words have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and play at VinPK. By completing registration, you confirm that you are 18 or older. VinPK reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts pending age verification. If it is established that a registered Player is under 18, the account will be closed immediately, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any deposits in the account reviewed in accordance with applicable law.
Each individual may hold only one active VinPK account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed without notice, and any balances or bonuses held across all related accounts may be forfeited. If you have accidentally created a duplicate account, contact VinPK support immediately to resolve it.
You must provide truthful and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, and email address. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure. VinPK may request supporting documents — such as a CNIC, utility bill, or bank statement — to verify your identity at any stage. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.
VinPK's services are directed at players physically located in Pakistan. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing VinPK from within Pakistan and that it is your responsibility to ensure your use of VinPK complies with any local rules applicable to you.
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your VinPK login credentials — your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances. VinPK will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to keep your credentials secure.
You agree to notify VinPK support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. VinPK may ask you to change your password or temporarily suspend your account pending investigation in such circumstances.
VinPK will never ask for your full password by email or live chat. If you receive any communication claiming to be from VinPK and asking for your password, treat it as a phishing attempt and report it to VinPK support directly.
VinPK accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All deposits must be made in Pakistani rupees (PKR) and must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
The minimum deposit at VinPK is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though VinPK may apply enhanced verification for larger deposit amounts in line with our anti-money laundering obligations.

If a deposit transaction is initiated but does not appear in your VinPK account within the stated processing window, contact VinPK support with the transaction reference number from your payment app or bank. VinPK will investigate within four hours of the report and either credit the funds or advise on the issue.
To make a withdrawal at VinPK, your account must be fully verified — including identity and payment method verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to deposit at VinPK, or verified as belonging to you.
Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are processed within four hours of the request being approved. SadaPay and NayaPay withdrawals are processed within eight hours. IBFT bank transfers are processed within one business day. VinPK does not charge any fees on withdrawals.
VinPK reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal that raises compliance concerns. Withdrawal requests may be delayed — but not indefinitely withheld — while such checks are completed. If VinPK has reasonable grounds to suspect that funds are the proceeds of fraud or other prohibited activity, we may place a temporary hold on the relevant withdrawal and notify the player.
Active bonus funds are not withdrawable until the relevant wagering requirement is fully met. If you withdraw before completing wagering requirements, any remaining bonus funds and associated winnings derived from bonus funds will be forfeited.
All bonuses offered by VinPK are subject to specific wagering requirements, validity periods, minimum odds restrictions, and game eligibility rules stated at the time the bonus is offered. These specific terms supplement and take precedence over any general statements about bonuses. Where any ambiguity arises, VinPK's interpretation of its own bonus terms will be final.
Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases, the bonus plus deposit amount) must be staked before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means Rs 10,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before the bonus funds and any associated winnings convert to withdrawable balance.
Players may hold only one active bonus at a time at VinPK. Accepting a new bonus automatically supersedes any previous active bonus, and any un-met wagering from the previous bonus will be forfeited. It is your responsibility to ensure you understand the terms before activating a new promotional offer.
VinPK's referral programme allows registered players to earn bonuses by introducing new players. Referral bonuses are credited when the referred player completes registration via the referral link and makes a qualifying first deposit. Referring yourself, using multiple accounts, or generating artificial referrals will result in disqualification from the referral programme and potential account closure. A bet is only valid once VinPK has confirmed it with a unique bet reference number displayed on your bet slip. Bets that are placed but not confirmed — due to odds movement, market closure, system issues, or insufficient funds — are void and no money is deducted. Always verify your bet reference before assuming a wager is active at VinPK.
Odds at VinPK are subject to change right up until the moment a market is closed or suspended. If the odds change between you selecting a bet and completing the confirmation, VinPK will request your acceptance of the new price before confirming the bet.
VinPK may void a bet if the event is cancelled, suspended, or abandoned before the minimum period required for settlement. For cricket, this means less than the required number of overs specified for that format. For football, a match abandoned before 90 minutes (or applicable regulation time) will be voided unless the result is already determined by the specific market rules. Voided bets return the full stake to your VinPK balance.
In-play bets placed at VinPK are subject to the same rules as pre-match bets. Live odds update continuously and VinPK accepts no liability for internet connectivity issues that may affect a player's ability to place an in-play bet at a specific price. Once an in-play bet is confirmed, it is binding regardless of any subsequent odds movement.
VinPK applies a maximum single-bet payout of Rs 25,00,000 per event, and a maximum accumulator payout of Rs 50,00,000 per bet slip, regardless of the staked amount or the calculated winning. Where any settled bet exceeds these limits, VinPK will pay the maximum applicable amount and any excess above the limit will not be paid.
All outcomes in VinPK's RNG-based casino games — including Roulette, Andar Bahar, and all slot-style games — are determined by a certified random number generator that is independently tested for statistical fairness. VinPK does not manipulate game outcomes and the house edge is built into the base game design, not into individual round results.
VinPK's live casino games — including Live Andar Bahar, Live Roulette, Live Baccarat, and Live Casino Hold'em — are operated by third-party live game providers using professionally trained dealers and independently managed studios. The rules of each live game are governed by the provider's table rules displayed within the game interface. VinPK is not responsible for errors made by the live dealer studio that fall outside VinPK's control, but will work with the provider to resolve any verified dealing errors.
If you lose your internet connection during a live casino hand or spin at VinPK, the game round will complete using the dealing or spinning already in progress at the time of disconnection. The result will be settled into your VinPK account in the normal way. VinPK will not void a live casino round solely on the grounds of a player's connection dropping.
Poker cash games, tournaments, and Sit & Go events at VinPK are player-versus-player. VinPK deals cards via certified RNG but does not play as a participant in any ring game or tournament. VinPK's revenue from poker comes from rake and tournament fees, not from winning individual pots.
VinPK charges a rake on all cash game pots and an entry fee on all tournament and Sit & Go buy-ins. The applicable rake percentage and tournament fee structure are displayed in the poker lobby before you take a seat or enter a tournament. These rates are final and no deductions beyond the stated rake or fee will be applied to your poker play at VinPK.
Collusion between two or more players — whether through sharing hole card information, coordinating betting strategies, or any other form of cooperation that gives an unfair advantage against other players — is strictly prohibited at VinPK's poker tables. VinPK monitors hand histories and betting patterns for signs of collusion. Any confirmed collusion will result in permanent account closure for all parties involved and forfeiture of all funds across the colluding accounts.
The use of poker assistance software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to play at VinPK's poker tables is strictly prohibited. VinPK reserves the right to scan for such software and to close any account where its use is detected.
The following activities are strictly prohibited at VinPK and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:
VinPK cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies in Pakistan and internationally in cases involving fraud, money laundering, or other criminal conduct involving the platform.
VinPK may suspend a player's account at any time — with or without prior notice — where there is reasonable suspicion of a Terms violation, pending verification, or where required for regulatory compliance. During a suspension, withdrawals and deposits will be unavailable. Suspended accounts will be reviewed within five business days, after which VinPK will either restore full access or proceed to closure.
You may close your VinPK account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining in a closed account will be returned to a verified payment method registered in your name within five business days of the closure request, subject to there being no outstanding bonus wagering obligations or open investigations. If you close your account while a responsible gaming self-exclusion is in place, VinPK will honour the exclusion period before allowing re-registration.

VinPK provides its platform "as is" and does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, and third-party service failures are beyond VinPK's complete control. VinPK will endeavour to restore service as quickly as possible in any such event and will void any bets that were demonstrably placed against incorrect prices arising from a technical error.
VinPK's total liability to any individual player arising from any single event or series of related events — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the twelve months prior to the relevant event. This limit does not apply to claims arising from VinPK's own fraud or gross negligence.
VinPK collects and processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. By registering at VinPK, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes of operating your account, processing payments, preventing fraud, and complying with applicable law. VinPK does not sell your personal data to unrelated third parties. Full details of how your data is used, stored, and protected are in the Privacy Policy.
VinPK reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised and, where materially significant, a notification will be sent to registered players by email or in-platform message. Continued use of VinPK after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any change, you should stop using VinPK and request account closure before the revised Terms take effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from the use of VinPK that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration. The decision of any arbitration proceedings shall be final. Nothing in this clause limits VinPK's right to seek injunctive relief in any appropriate court to protect its intellectual property or prevent fraud.
